Warranty:
5 year motor warranty
– (2 year in home warranty, followed by a further 3 year motor warranty)
– All fans need to be installed by a licensed Electrician.
– If a fault becomes apparent please contact us with the nature of the fault for warranty procedures, do not attempt to uninstall the ceiling fan at that point.
– The Tax Invoice from the purchase of the fan, as well as the invoice from the licensed electrician will be required to claim warranty.
