- Cutting of holes prior to receiving goods is entirely at the risk of the installer. Please ensure that you have received the product and inspected it before making any alterations.
- The warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration, or malfunction resulting from alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, fire, improper packing and shipping (such claims must be presented to the carrier), lightning, power surges, or other acts of nature.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to handle the removal and reinstallation of the goods when seeking warranty coverage.
- The warranty does not cover any unauthorized tampering with the product, any repairs attempted by anyone unauthorized by The Lighting Centre to make such repairs, or any other cause that does not relate directly to a defect in materials and/or workmanship of this product.
- Any claims for damaged goods received must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. Please inspect the items upon delivery and report any damages promptly.
